MTC head up October G Session

Fresh from some main stage action at this year’s Glasgowbury Music Festival, More Than Conquerors headline the first G Session proper of our new gigging year.

Taking place at the Cellar Bar in Draperstown on Saturday 1st October, the gig sees three of the hottest young talents around gathering under one roof.

Since they formed in early 2009 the Belfast based MTC have risen to prominence in the local music scene with memorable live shows backed up by some killer hook laden songs.

Earlier this year their efforts even saw them picked up and signed to Smalltown America Records where they’ve been readying new material to take their work to the next stage.

Joining them for the experience will be Runaway Go (formerly Phoenix Fire), the stunningly atmospheric five piece led by a unique male/female dual vocal.

Completing the bill is Colly Strings, the Bangor four piece who stormed an opening slot at this year’s festival with their fantastic indie sensibilities.

The whole thing kicks off at 9pm at the Cellar Bar in Draperstown on Saturday 1st October, admission: £5.
