After treating thousands of fans to a triumphant headline return at this year’s Glasgowbury Music Festival before killer gigs at the likes of Belsonic, Fighting With Wire will kick-start the next phase of the G Sessions on October 16th.
With new album Bones Of The Twilight almost ready to see the light of day, the Derry trio will hit the Cellar Bar in Draperstown to help re-launch the acclaimed G Sessions.
And instead of having to wait til the new year for the much sought after new material, FWW have announced to fans that they will make a limited edition ‘sneaky’ EP exclusively available at all shows during their forthcoming Irish tour.
Early live listenings of their new material has proved positive with fans and critics alike and the punk rockers have made revised plans to conquer the rock world.
Support comes from a couple of fellow Glasgowbury 2010 bill-sharers – Team Fresh and More Than Conquerors.
North coast rap-rockers Team Fresh threatened to steal the show at this year’s festival with one of the most chaotically exciting performances of the day.
Meanwhile More Than Conquerors owned the main stage with a confident display that reminded converts and enthralled newcomers.
The trio of acts will be the perfect way to kickstart the 6th year of the G Sessions on Saturday 16th October. Doors at 9pm, admission £5.
