Glasgowbury Music Festival Traffic Info:
There will be no access to the festival area from the Claudy/Feeny direction. NORTH-WEST FESTIVAL GOERS MUST COME VIA DUNGIVEN (see detailed info below).
On ariving at the festival location, marshalls will direct you to the parking and drop-off points close to ‘An Rath Dubh’ Community Centre in Moneyneany.
Campers will be directed into the LONG STAY car park. Day-goers will be directed to the SHORT STAY car park.
The Festival and Campsite is about 15/20 mins walk from the car parks – although shuttle buses will be running to and from the festival site all day long.

FROM BELFAST: (approx 1 hr)
- Follow the M2 out of Belfast towards Derry.
- At the end of the M2 continue onto the M22 and follow this to its end
- Continue onto the A6 travelling west towards Derry.
- Take the second exit at the Castledawson Roundabout, continuing westwards towards Derry
- Approximately 6 miles after the roundabout turn left onto the A29 towards Tobermore.
- Once in Tobermore Village turn right onto the B41 towards Draperstown.
- Follow the B41 into Draperstown
- From Draperstown, at the roundabout, take the Derry road towards Feeny/Claudy
- After 2 miles turn right to Moneyneany, after passing through Moneyneany take directions from the traffic marshalls who will direct you into long stay and short stay car park areas. Festival site is 15 mins walk from car park.
FROM DERRY via Dungiven: (approx 40 mins)
- From Derry follow the A6 towards Belfast
- Head towards Dungiven, approx 20 miles
- After Dungiven continue on the Glenshane Rd for approximately 13 miles until you come to the right-hand turn off at the Maghera/Tobermore Flyover and take the A29 towards Tobermore.
- Once in Tobermore Village turn right onto the B41 towards Draperstown.
- Follow the B41 into Draperstown
- From Draperstown, at the roundabout, take the Derry road towards Feeny/Claudy
- After 2 miles turn right to Moneyneany, after passing through Moneyneany take directions from the traffic marshalls who will direct you into long stay and short stay car park areas. Festival site is 15 mins walk from car park.

Glasgowbury have been added to the ‘Festival Rideshare’ website – a social platform to connect with fellow festival-goers attending Glasgowbury 2012.

Bus/Coach Services
We are pleased to announce that Chambers Coach Hire are the official bus providers for Glasgowbury 2012.
The local service will run buses from throughout NI the evening before the festival. All you have to do is ring Chambers to book your spot! Contact the local team on 028 2764 1880.
Book a place and a bus will pick you up on Friday evening (July 20th) and return you home safely on Sunday (July 22nd). While in the festival arena you will also have unlimited free use of the shuttle bus service to and from the festival site.
They will also run a day return service from Belfast on Saturday 23rd July, returning that night. Contact them for full details.
Most runs will be charged at £20 per person (which includes unlimited shuttle bus use within the festival arena). In order to travel with Chambers you must book your place first. Do it now! Call them on 028 2764 1880.

Other Bus Services
We would like to encourage everyone to use our official bus provider. Those that come via other buses will be not gain access to the main festival road and will have to disembark and queue for the shuttle bus service.
