Glasgowbury hosted a three day youth arts festival in Draperstown recently with massively successful results.

Combining elements of dance, circus skills and music; the course was designed to provide hands-on access to arts activities in the rural area.

Over 100 participants benefitted from the high energy, fun-filled festival with something for everyone.

Creative director Paddy Glasgow said, “Glasgowbury is all about supporting young creative talent and events like this offer a great introduction to arts activities, particularly in a rural location where access can be a problem,” he said.

“Over 105 participants took part and with great feedback all round we look forward to running many similar events in the future.”
